The producer for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth (Yoshinori Kitase) has now revealed some small new info on the new and upcoming game. A small Q&A was held on the official Twitter page.
The first question was: How is development progressing on Final Fantasy VII Rebirth? The answer: “Development is progressing smoothly and according to plan. We are currently working on nailing down a release date for the game.”
The second question was: How will players journey through the world outside of Midgar in FFVII Rebirth? The answer: “Players will be able to journey across the wide and multifaceted world with a high degree of freedom, experiencing a myriad of different stories along the way.”
No release date for the game has been announced yet, but the game will be a PS5 exclusive at launch.
