Insomniac Games confirmed the 10 Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 skins are exclusive to the Digital Deluxe Edition and not unlockable through normal play.
For those who missed the original announcement, the Digital Deluxe Edition contains the Tactical Suit, Aurantia Suit, 25th Century Suit, Stone Monkey Suit, Apunnkalyptic Suit, Agimat Suit, Red Spectre Suit, Encoded Suit, Biomechanical Suit, and Tokusatsu Suit.
While this will be disappointing for some, there will be an optional upgrade that includes the skins for those who decide they want them after purchasing.
Finally, for those looking forward to the Collector’s Edition, which includes the Digital Deluxe Edition, preorders will go live later today at 10AM “local time.” European readers should note preorders are already live and can be found on PlayStation Direct.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will release on Oct. 20 for PlayStation 4/5.
