Xbox Games Showcase

Xbox Games Showcase is the moment where Xbox shines. The struggling Microsoft system does its best to keep up with the competition, and it seems that it got some new allies. Microsoft needs to ensure that the Xbox does well, as it has been having issues trying to compete with Valve’s Steam Deck. The new Linux powered system pretty much cancelled the opportunity of us getting an Xbox handheld, as Microsoft realized their OS has no place in the industry. Regardless, some amazing reveals have dropped with the Xbox Games Showcase, one of then being the most awaited remake of Persona 4. We at Infinite Start will cover other titles that pop up through the day.

Xbox Games Showcase drops surprises

While the main focus of the showcase is clearly The Outer Worlds 2, there really is a bunch of new reveals that are dropping, ensuring the quality of the catalogue of the system keeps staying good. The biggest surprise to all, is the remake for Persona 4. Titled Persona 4 Revival, this entry will clearly use the current Remake of Persona 3 as a base, so if you are a fan of JRPGs, this is a must try.

Indie titles have also been showcased, Microsoft really needs to partner with some smaller creatives if it wants to have a foothold in this ever changing industry. As their steps become shakier and shakier to keep some sort of dominance in the gaming market, the Xbox Games Showcase provides a relief to them, by ensuring that users of their system have games to play.

The biggest boon of the console is the Xbox Game Pass, which allows players to enjoy plenty of games for free provided they pay for a monthly subscription. This is the only reason the console is thriving right now, but maybe something bigger than The Outer World 2 will be revealed in it. We will keep you informed of the titles that will drop later on.
