Infinity Nikki Delays Housing and Dye Feature, but a New Zone is Coming Soon

The developers of Infinity Nikki have announced that the highly anticipated housing and dye system won’t be arriving in Version 1.4 as some fans had hoped. While disappointing to many players, the delay is intended to ensure that both features are fully polished before launch.

Infinity Nikki’s Housing and Dye System: What We Know So Far

Ever since Infinity Nikki launched in December 2024, players have been eager for new content, and the housing system was one of the most anticipated features. Dataminers previously uncovered nearly 100 furniture items hidden in the game’s files, hinting that the system was in development. Additionally, Version 1.3 teased the dye system through a Bullquet makeover event, leading many to believe both systems would be ready for Version 1.4.

However, a recent developer update—translated and shared by Infinity Nikki subreddit user Green_You_7706—clarified that the team at Infold is still working on these features and needs more time. The developers expressed their gratitude for fans’ enthusiasm and apologized for the delay, assuring players that both features will launch together when they are ready.

A New Zone Could Arrive in Version 1.4

While the delay of the housing and dye system is unfortunate, Infinity Nikki players still have exciting content to look forward to. A new zone is rumored to be coming soon, with speculation suggesting that Nikki and Momo will travel to a mushroom-themed realm.

Additionally, the Sovereign of Sweet remains missing, meaning that factions and fashion challenges will likely continue to play a big role in future updates.

Version 1.4 Release Date and What to Expect

Infinity Nikki Version 1.4 is set to launch on March 25, bringing new outfits, events, and potentially new story content. The current banner lineup features outfits from Version 1.3, including Adventure Ride, a 4-star set that allows Nikki to summon a motorbike—a highly praised addition to the game.

While the housing and dye system won’t arrive just yet, players can expect more details in the coming weeks as the Infinity Nikki development team continues refining these highly anticipated features.
