Minerva Labyrinth is a new dungeon crawler title coming soon to PC. There is a demo you can try out in case you are interested in this genre. Minerva Labyrinth is pretty much set in the near future, in an alternate universe where the 1990s was the most prosperous era for humanity. It is pretty much a good timeline where we actually cared about fixing climate change and other relevant societal issues that are affecting us today. However, after many changes happened, and magic got actually discovered, advancing society forward, an old enemy returned. Much to the like of our world, Hate itself is the final enemy.
Minerva Labyrinth is brutal
Fight across a brutal labyrinth filled with countless minions made by the energy of hatred. Surviving in this arduous environment is a tough task to accomplish, to ensure you can do so you need to have a decent party composition. Choose from a ton of different skill sets and configurations, and combine them to make the ideal party to tackle this newfound darkness. Despite being in the future, equipment is very medieval, but that’s due to magic having been discovered as a new power.
The parties you can make are primarily made out of women, since this is a magical girl inspired crawler, quite a refreshing take. It is not common to see dungeon crawlers like this, let alone one where your team is mostly comprised of female team members. The Tiara’s might be a reference to Sailor Moon in a way, and they also fit the vibe of a dungeon crawler game.
One neat feature of this game is the ability to play an optional tutorial for those who are new to the genre. A sensible choice made by the developer behind to properly accommodate a new audience. If you are interested in this new crawler experience, check out the free demo, and if you liked it, you can wishlist the title to give a boost to the dev.
