PlayStation Plus Games for September 2022 Revealed 1

Sony announced what PlayStation Plus owners can expect from their membership in Sept. 2022, which includes a couple notable titles.

Headlining the month is Granblue Fantasy: Versus, a fighting game by Arc System Works set in the extremely popular world of Granblue Fantasy. Like most of their fighting games, Granblue Fantasy: Versus has some unique mechanics and is actually a pretty enjoyable title, even for those not familiar with the franchise. Absolutely worth it if you enjoy the genre, the source or want an easy platinum.

Joining it is the latest entry in the Need for Speed franchise, Need for Speed Heat. The title was released to celebrate the franchises 25th anniversary and boasts big rewards from high stakes races. Even though it got a divisive reaction, now is the perfect time to check it out if you were on the fence.

Rounding out the month is the PlayStation 5 title Toem. The quirky title has unique hand drawn art and many say it’s an experience worth checking out.

For players with PlayStation Plus Extra or Premium, you can also expect Deathloop, Assassin’s Creed Origins, Watch Dogs 2, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, Spiritfarer: Farewell Edition, Chicory: A Colorful Tale, Monster Energy Supercross – The Official Videogame 5, Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX, Rabbids Invasion: The Interactive TV Show, Rayman Legends, and Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game. These are some really solid additions, especially Deathloop, which are absolutely worth checking out. Finally, PlayStation Premium members will also get the classic games Syphon Filter 2, The Sly Collection, Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time, Bentley’s Hackpack, Toy Story 3, and Kingdom of Paradise.

Both collection of games will be available Sept. 20, with the PlayStation Plus line up changing on Sept. 6.
