With Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy now available for PC via Steam, many players are reporting issues with their controllers.
If you find yourself using an Xbox controller, you would see the B button is switched to A on-screen whereas the PlayStation controller will be the same with the X being switched to O. Apparently, there’s an easy fix to it.
Here’s our quick guide on how to fix controller issues in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy:
- Go to the Properties menu of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy
- Click the Controller option
- Look for the OVERRIDE FOR MARVEL’S GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY and you would see it at default set at Use default settings.
- Change it to Enable Steam Input
- Restart the game
The next time you start playing the game again, you will see buttons are properly mapped now. If it doesn’t, play the game in Big Picture Mode.
Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy is available now for PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. Check out our review for more.
