Tales of Arise is a long game for a variety of reasons. Among the optional activities is hunting Gigants, which are considered super-elite monsters that give great rewards.
There are a total of 20 Gigant monsters in Tales of Arise. Each of them will unlock an Astral Flower that increase your Combat Points (CP). Since every Astral Flower gives 10 points, this adds up to 200 CP, making it extremely helpful.

Note: As you journey through Dahna, you will encounter Gigants along the way. It is highly suggested to not fight them right away. It’s imperative that you finish the story first, rack some level and go back and fight them.

| 1 | Mantis | Sandinus Ravine – the very first Gigant that you meet just outside of Ulzebek Entrance. |
| 2 | Toxidillo | Glanymede Castle – 4F – When you are on your way to take down Balseph inside of his castle, you will encounter Toxidillo. This Gigant doesn’t need preparation as it is easy to beat. |
| 3 | Boisterous Roper | Ulvhan Grotto – You will find this Gigant in the middle area of the Ulvhan Grotto. Open your map and look for the red marker. |
| 4 | Thunderite | Iglia Wastes – You must do the “Taking Root” and “Mixed Feelings” quest from an NPC in Ulzebek at the staircase. When you are tasked ot do the Mixed Feelings quest, the path leading to the Gigant will open up. |
| 5 | Polycephus | Riville Prison Tower – Remember that Gigant hidden athe Prison Tower? You will need a key to open the cage. To open the cage, do the two Subquests, “Culling in the Snowplain Herds” and “Survey Says” which can be found in Bregon in Cysloden. |
| 6 | Agony Keeper | Nevira Snowplains – Take the “In Sync” subquest in Cysloden from a boy next ot the Central Plaza Avenue entrance in Cysloden. |
| 7 | Alpha Reaper | Tralisda Highway – Finish the “Dohalim, Big Game Hunter” subquest by speaking to the quest giver at the farm in Tralisda Highway. |
| 8 | Relentless Charger | Tralisda Highway – Another quest that you need to unlock is the “A Boorish Boar” sidequest that can be started in Viscint by talking to the women down the second path on the right. |
| 9 | Flame Wrecker | Razum Quarry – Mining Site 1 – Part of the “Walking Craf” subquest which can be started in the bridge leading to Razum Quarry. |
| 10 | Great Dragon | Tralisda Highway – Start the “Claiming a Bounty” quest in Viscint on the third part down the right-side path. He will task you to defeat the Great Dragon. |
| 11 | Rutless | Fortress Ruins Basement 2F – in Este Luvah Forest, find the Gigant in B2 by using the elevator. You must be doing the “Echoes” subquest. |
| 12 | Mother Boomy | Aqfotle Hills – Part of the “Skybound Swarm” subquest that can be initated in the Wharf area. |
| 13 | Stormbringer | Tuah Seashore – Do the “Seaside Tornadoes” subquest which can be started in Thistlyn. Talk to the NPC at the entrance of Thistlym when you are coming from the Tuah Seashore |
| 14 | Regent Bee | Shinefall Woods – Do the subquest, “Her Place” which can be started by going to Shinefall Woods and talk to the man at the water in the very southern part of the area. |
| 15 | Elemental | Lavtu Marshlands – Find the Gigant in the middle of the Lavtu Marshlands. |
| 16 | Calamity Arms | Gegham Helgarahi – Upper Level 3 – Do the subquest, “Tissue Sample” which the quest can be initiated at Daeq Fazol. |
| 17 | Master Bull | Adan Lake – Finish the Tissue Sample quest to initiate a new quest to defeat the Master Bull. Do the “An Ambition Fulfilled” from the same NPC that gave you the Tissue Sampe quest in Daeq Faezol. |
| 18 | Masher Mare | Adan Lake – Do the Tissue Sample and An Ambition Fulfilled subquest to unlock the last quest leading you to Masher Bull and Masher Mare in Adan Lake. |
| 19 | Ezamamuk | Mountain Base – Mount Dhiara – Complete the quest, Tissue Sample, An Ambition Fulfilled, and the Super Zeugle from the same NPC and talk to him again one last time for the 4th quest that asks you to defeat Ezamamuk in Menancia. |
| 20 | Sword Dancer | Tarfal Helgarahi – Just before the final story boss in Tales of Arise, go to the room called “Astral Energy Convergence Zone. Which you will see 6 teleporters. Go to the third teleporter on the right side that leads to the Water Astral Energy Separator. |
