Patch 1.15 for this year’s WWE 2K26 is live and brings numerous in-game additions such as Finn Bálor’s original entrance theme “Catch Your Breath,” fully restores the Gauntlet Eliminator match type with up to eight superstars, besides addressing lots of Cutscene issues including fixing visual glitches during the towel animation for Super Cena’s entrance, performance and stability problems and more. Overall the latest patch makes WWE 2K26 a more consistent and polished gameplay experience in many ways.

- Addressed reported concerns associated with camera placements near audience stands during Alexa Bliss’ entrance
- Addressed reported concerns of Superstars clipping into the ambulance and preventing match completion
- Addressed reported concerns of clipping with vehicle entrances in WrestleMania 42 arenas
- Addressed reported concerns of Miss Elizabeth not appearing during victory motions
In other news of the latest entry in the popular sports entertainment franchise, Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick was revealed a few weeks ago as one of the playable wrestlers in WWE 2K26, complete with a new entrance animation along with Frank Sinatra’s My Way as theme song which is totally exclusive for his character and can’t be used for any custom wrestler in the game.
WWE 2K26 came out on March 13 for all platforms and was met with mostly positive reviews from critics and players alike for it’s new additions over last year’s title. It’s got a rating of 7 from IGN, 8 from Gamespot and 3.5 out of 5 from GamesRadar+ among other review sites which indicate the game to be a worthwhile entry in the popular wrestling game franchise.
