The tactic, shared online by a player named iWill, relies on a carefully sequenced combination of damage multipliers to turn a standard utility attack into a devastating offensive tool.
During a recent match, iWill paired Mega Kangaskhan alongside a supporting Farigiraf against an opposing team featuring Archaludon and Mega Raichu Y. On the opening turn, Farigiraf utilized Helping Hand to grant Mega Kangaskhan a 50% damage boost. Mega Kangaskhan then targeted the opposing Mega Raichu Y with Fake Out. Thanks to the attack power multiplier and a fortunate critical hit, the low-base-power move managed to secure an immediate one-shot knockout against the rival Mega.
The core strength of the strategy lies in how Mega Kangaskhan’s natural attributes interact with standard competitive support moves.
