Final Fantasy XVI version 1.03 adds the frequently requested motion blur settings, and much more.
To edit motion blur, simply select the Systems tab on the main menu. Here you can edit the amount from zero to five, with zero disabling it completely.
In addition to motion blur settings, three new controller layouts were added, along with several new camera options. The update also promises stability improvements, with early reports indicating things perform better.
