Much like the legendary release of NBA 2K11, 2K Sports is proud to announce that Michael Jordan is the cover star for this year’s NBA 2K23. This was done since Jordan’s jersey number was 23.
The game will have two different versions released when it comes out this September. There will be the Michael Jordan edition as well as the NBA 2K23 Championship Edition. The latter comes with a year’s subscription to NBA League Pass.
The Jordan Challenges from NBA 2K11 are returning which include the same 10 specific missions from Jordan’s famous career. Five more new challenges will be added to the 2K23 edition of the game too.
NBA 2K23 releases on most major platforms on September 9th, 2022. The game will be available for pre-order on July 7th, 2022.
