How to Defeat Nasar in Cris Tales 4

How to Defeat Nasar in Cris Tales

After the fight with the Volcano girls, it’s hard to tell what to expect in Cris Tales. Will Nasar be extremely strong, underwhelming or are you simply too weak to defeat her? The answer will vary based off the player, though she is thankfully a step down in difficulty. That is, assuming you have a general idea of what to do and plan for the worst.

Here’s our guide on how to defeat Nasar in Cris Tales:

Set Up

Prior to fighting Nasar, Cris Tales has some really helpful treasure chests on the way to this boss. These include two Cinderian Bracers, a Dark Steel Wristguard and two Signet of Wealths.

Out of the three, you want to obtain the Cinderian Bracers. They offer the same defense as our trusty Iron Gauntlet, without the speed reduction and gives 100 HP and increases your magic defense ever so slightly. I personally put them on Crisbell and Willhelm, with Zas getting the Dark Steel Wristguard, but there isn’t a wrong choice. I’d also make sure to get at least one Signet of Wealth, since it’s the only slow one ring Crisbell can currently obtain and increases the amount of marbles you earn. Very useful with no disadvantages.

Fighting Nasar

Nasar is a rather unusual fight for Cris Tales. Typically there is an advantage and disadvantage to fighting an enemy in this or that time period, but she is exactly the same regardless. Still, you can find all her information below.

Instead of making her more or less powerful based off when you fight her, she instead has a gimmick based off the forge. This means there are two basic ways to fight her.

Likely, the intended way, is to use ZKR721 and Crisbell’s time magic to make her weak and powerless. This is done by watching the gauges of each forge and whenever it’s red, speed up time so it goes back to blue. This will make it so her weapons don’t achieve their most powerful form and you take less damage as a whole. Another, far simpler way, is to just brute force her.

While you can focus on the mechanics if you want, her multiple turns make her extremely weak to poison. Willhelm will simply deal more damage to her standing around forging her weapon than focusing on heals or anything else. She also takes decent damage from Zas and normal attacks.

As the fight progresses, she will eventually gain a second sword and attack with both. Blocking is ideal, though she doesn’t do enough damage to really matter. Defeating her will also unlock the trophy/achievement Blazen Fire.
