Dynasty Warriors 3 Complete Edition is getting remastered by Koei Tecmo, who has been announcing a slew of new things on the Tokyo Game Show. Alongside the announcement of Nioh 3, a game that really hyped up many fans, Dynasty Warriors is getting more and more attention as it is pretty much one of Koei Tecmo’s golden gooses. Every game coming out of this franchise has been an amazing experience to enjoy, as the Musou genre is quite hectic when it comes to gameplay. Its such an unique genre that even Nintendo requested help from Koei Tecmo to make a Zelda game about it.

Dynasty Warriors 3 Complete Edition was an amazing experience since it includes everything that makes the original game so good. Of course, now its getting remastered, and PC gamers might experience more of what makes this game good in the first place. Remasters are often projects done to make the graphics look a bit tidier, however, most of the time games don’t need this, as preserving the original artistic intention is a must, and often times these projects ignore that. There has been many cases of a remaster or a remake ruining the intent behind the original work.
We can take Demon’s Souls as an example, the original PS3 game was an amazing experience brimming with artistry everywhere. The remake of Demon’s Souls however was visually terrible, and its a clear show that executives and the management branch are detached from the medium as a whole. The more you play games, the more you understand them, and therefore you are able to make better games, better pieces of art, we hope that Dynasty Warriors 3 Complete Edition Remastered respects artistic integrity.
