Things are about to get even harder in Elden Ring Nightreign as developer FromSoftware has confirmed that the next set of Enhanced Bosses are set to arrive at the end of this month so if you’re currently playing the multiplayer co-op title, you might want to gear up and start preparing. The next four Enhanced Bosses or Everdark Sovereigns will be released as part of the game’s “new Everdark cycle” in Limveld, which will kick off on July 31 and the four bosses that will receive the upgrades this time around are Tricephalos, Augur, Equilibrious Beast, and Fissure in the Fog.
Also, for the previous Everdark Sovereigns in Elden Ring Nightreign, FromSoftware has maintained a weekly release schedule which means the Enhanced Bosses were released once per week and it’s currently unknown whether the same schedule will be kept for the new set of Bosses or which one will be the first to arrive. Though FromSoftware’s teaser image shows Libra, the Equilibrious Beast fight, indicating the creature might be the first one players get to fight but we’ll see.
The Everdark Sovereigns as Bosses has been pretty well received by the players so far, offering interesting ways of experiencing some of the remixed Bosses from Elden Ring with varying difficulty levels based on the players’ upgrades and enhancements.
Elden Ring Nightreign is a Multiplayer co-op experience with up to three players where you can either play it alone or be part of a three-player team. Set in a totally separate Universe, the game is set to bring back many older, classic Bosses from previous FromSoftware titles such as Nameless King and The Duke’s Dear Freyja. The game was a huge hit upon release with more than 3.5 million units sold so far along with a ‘mostly positive’ user review rating on Steam. Developer FromSoftware has also confirmed new additions in the multiplayer co-op experience such as 2-player expeditions and more.
However, players on the PC can download several mods that can enable 2 player mode in Elden Ring Nightreign right now while uncapping the framerate. So you don’t actually have to wait till FromSoftware releases duo expeditions for the game which could possibly take a bit of time.
