Vampire Survivors still keeps being a cheap game, and it also remains being a very popular game too. The new DLC leaves no doubts that the team will keep providing new content that is awesome in the future. I really love how addictive this game can get and how cheap it is, it practically is the Balatro of bullet heaven games, and perhaps the one who invented the genre too. There is a ton of potential, and this game is huge too, so huge it is insane it keeps getting new things on top of it. There is a ton of reasons to get this DLC, so I will list some of them.
Vampire Survivors gets huge DLC
There’s a ton of new weapons, new maps, new characters you can play as, it pretty much is a new game inside of a game. There is no need to make sequels for Vampire Survivors because the game engine itself can keep scaling to infinity as long as they keep making new things on top of it. It is a small game in size, but the ambition behind it is huge if you ask me, I really love all the references to Castlevania they manage to pull.
And if for some reason references to Castlevania aren’t enough, there is a Castlevania DLC that is great and respects the series with so much love that it makes me doubt if Konami even cares about it anymore. I feel like a Castlevania game by poncle would be in good hands and they could do a much better job than the current Konami. There is a ton of cool things to do in the game, and it might have the wackiest crossovers you have never seen too, along with plenty of, let’s say, original characters.
