Capcom’s critically acclaimed Resident Evil 4 remake is receiving a massive $1,699 ¼-scale diorama courtesy of Japanese collectible manufacturer Prime 1 Studio, scheduled to begin shipping between September and December 2026.
The premium statue recreates the intense chaos of the game’s early village square encounter, capturing protagonist Leon S. Kennedy cornered in his signature leather jacket. Facing off against the brutal Chainsaw Villager and a nearby Ganado, Leon is set within a dense, highly detailed display base. Measuring roughly 30 inches tall, 27.5 inches wide, and weighing nearly 57 pounds, the polystone structure incorporates numerous Easter eggs fans will recognize, including a Blue Medallion, a First Aid Spray, handgun ammo boxes, a Merchant request note, and the emblem of the Los Iluminados cult.
To give fans options for displaying the piece, the diorama features multiple swappable accessories across its standard and bonus variants. Collectors receive two interchangeable head sculpts featuring open and closed mouth expressions, along with alternative hands holding the SG-09 R handgun and Combat Knife. The Bonus Edition adds the Fighting Knife—unlocked after defeating Jack Krauser—while a separate $1,000 trim strips away the enemies entirely to feature only Leon on the display stand.
The waitlist for Prime 1 Studio’s latest high-end release is officially open now. With worldwide shipping available, collectors looking to add the centerpiece to their display shelves can reserve a spot ahead of the planned late 2026 delivery window.
