Microsoft has recently released a new update for the ROG Xbox Ally Handheld which includes multiple features that will improve the functionality of the device including in-game performance, display and how players can access their libraries. Docked Play has also received a marked improvement where the ROG Xbox Ally will now deliver a considerably smoother experience when connected to an external display, along with better support for VRR tech.
Then there’s a preview of Automatic Super Resolution–the AI powered upscaler that can boost performance without sacrificing much of the visual fidelity by increasing sharpness, which will definitely result in an even more smoother and responsive gameplay experience than what was possible previously.
