Crimson Desert keeps getting better and better as developer Pearl Abyss has just released the 1.05.00 patch for the open world action adventure title that brings previously promised gameplay features such as ‘Rematch’ which lets you replay all Boss battles and allows you to completely master all Bosses by figuring out and memorizing their moveset and other patterns.
Another exciting new feature that’s been added is ‘Re-blockading’ which now lets enemies reclaim previously liberated locations so you can fight them again and have fun with Crimson Desert’s engaging combat.
Both of these gameplay elements are sure to push the envelope of replayability in Crimson Desert even further than you may have imagined, while still keeping the overall experience intense and unpredictable.
The newest patch also lets you keep legendary animals as permanent pets, while introducing a whole new creature named the Mountain God Boar which will appear as you meet several in-game requirements.
Also, the patch adds support for NVIDIA’s Dynamic Multi-Frame Generation on PC which is exclusive to the RTX 50 series of graphics cards along with a new Sharpness Enhancement option for all consoles.
In other news of Crimson Desert, developer Pearl Abyss has recently handed every employee a $3400 bonus after the game was confirmed to surpass the five million mark in terms of sales and while the sales figures are hugely impressive in more ways than one, the generous act of rewarding every employee the hefty amount of bonus is what’s truly remarkable. In the current era of games where many companies are quick to replace huge numbers of employees in favor of automated development systems, this act of rewarding and celebrating the human workforce behind the games stands out as a shining beacon of example.
Steadily shaping up to be one of the biggest hits of this year, Crimson Desert has recently reached another huge sales milestone as the open world action RPG is now confirmed to have sold a total of five million units in a single month with the numbers expected to grow even more in the coming weeks and months.
