Aethermancer just got more big thanks to a current update, a trailer has dropped for it and we can see a new class in action, the Alchemist class. With the Alchemist class we now have the ability to fuse our creatures to create insane combos with tons of paths to follow and broken synergies to engage with. This makes the game even more broken than it already is, but to counter balance that 2 new bosses have been added to the game that will make you need to take advantage of all the mechanics you have been using so far.
Aethermancer gets better
Not only does it get better but it also gets even more expanded. Fusions will provide tons of fun for players who want to create something unique and crazy, a paradise for those who like theory crafting and seeing what sticks or not. The fact that we can now play with such power will bring many more hours of fun to be had, the initial release of Aethermancer felt a bit limited when it came to creatures, but this was because a system like this was cooking in the first place, so we will have to see the reaction of people.
Moi Rai games surely did an amazing job crafting this little gem of a game that more people should be playing right now, and as a matter of fact its currently sitting on a 20% discount, which is amazing considering how expensive games have gotten recently due to everything that is happening in the world. Aethermancer features tons of hours of fun, and by adding this fusion mechanic along with more bosses to find in our runs things feel like they will just become infinite. I genuinely wonder what the next update will be for this game, and if it will be delivered in a comedic trailer.
