A new John Wick game has been spotted at the State of Play for 2026, and this new reveal is amazing, the trailer was highly detailed and the final bits of it were extremely realistic, the face of John Wick almost looked like that of a real person and it did feel rather uncanny. We are getting a point where game graphics occasionally become very mind blowing, and it is crazy that we have even reached this era to begin with. We really don’t have many details about the game, even the name of it is provisional and perhaps we will get it later this year.
New John Wick game looks amazing
This new release might prove to be the biggest game in PS5 when it comes to graphics quality, for those who are massive fans of the movie series and want to see more gun-fu going on, perhaps this new game might quench the thirst for yet another sequel. While I’m not a big fan of action movies that are pretty much distilled to just action and fight scenes, sometimes its neat to have a feels good and turn brains off movie with how much chaos is going on. Perhaps this new John Wick game can get the console off from the ground.
The console market looks very rough but this lineup of new games that have been revealed at the State of Play have been a huge surprise for many. I didn’t expect many of the reveals that happened and some of them certainly make me very happy. This definitely is a cinematic action game that might be filled with a ton of quick time events, its only logical for a John Wick game to take this spin since it flows very well with the source material.
