I feel like fans of the Ace Combat series might love to play this one too, while it won’t have the lore of that series which is filled to the brim with action and plot twists the handling in F-22: Air Dominance Fighter might be similar. Its been a long while since I don’t play a fighter jet simulator, but I would be willing to try out some more if I find the time to do so. F-22: Air Dominance Fighter is meant to be the perfect balance between arcade-ish gameplay and realistic gameplay, so maybe get your jet controller hooked to try this one out.
There should be more games like this out there, so we can justify producing hardware like jet levers and such to make the experience feel even more real, almost as if you were playing some arcade simulator from the 90s. The intention of this games was not only to make something fun, but to also simulate the experience on how it might feel to fly one of these dangerous jets from the safe confines of your home. While we still lack the capacity to simulate certain things, this is a good enough introduction for people who might be fans of aircraft.
