Nvidia GeForce Now limits gamers to 100 hours per month

Nvidia GeForce Now

Nvidia GeForce Now is a popular cloud based service provided by Nvidia and specifically aimed at gaming. Now there seems to be a push to move us towards these cloud based services to do anything related to gaming, and squeeze every dollar from us. Depending on how much you pay to use the subscription service, you might receive the privilege to have more or less gameplay time. We are nearing a future where you will own nothing and be happy, and this is all thanks to the current “AI” fad rush that has affected everything, including the hardware market.

Nvidia GeForce Now or never

We shouldn’t give them what they want, after all supporting schemes like this will only help “AI” industries in the future. The system tries to price us out from hardware, so if you own a decent PC right now you are lucky to be able to do so. There has been so many issues lately with hardware manufacturing thanks to the massive buyout by “AI” companies, and this is an affront to anyone, including you. Nvidia GeForce Now tries to be the cure to a fabricated problem, much to the like of many other cloud services that don’t deserve our attention or money.

All of this makes me remember of the NFT craze, its lasting a bit longer but it all went away once the people got mad at the hardware prices. The best thing one can do is not buy yet, the “AI” bubble is about to pop soon in 2026 and prices will come down very fast. While many of us might not be able to afford anything during the bubble pop, it is better that it explodes as early as possible, the economy can recover with time, a world infested with “AI” will remain purposeless forever. Say never to Nvidia GeForce Now.

Playground Games Confirms 15-to-20 Hour Campaign for Fable Reboot Playground Games has confirmed that the upcoming Fable reboot will feature a mainline story lasting between 15 and 20 hours. Speaking during a group press session at Gamescom 2026, associate game director Will Kennedy outlined the scope of the project, stating that the central questline is paired with a similar 15-to-20-hour block of side quests and open-world exploration. Beyond authored content, the developers emphasized that the title’s simulation and life systems allow for indefinite play depending on player investment. Full coverage of the interview context can be found in Polygon’s developer Q&A. This targeted duration keeps the reboot in line with the structure of Lionhead Studios' original trilogy rather than the massive scale of modern role-playing games. The 2004 original averaged roughly 12.5 hours for its main path, while Fable II and Fable III clocked in at approximately 13 and 13.5 hours respectively. By keeping the core path concise, Playground Games appears focused on density and narrative pacing rather than padding out the experience with mandatory filler. Community reception to the announcement has leaned positive, particularly among veteran players who prefer tightly structured campaigns over 100-hour commitments. As discussed in a active Reddit community thread, many players welcomed the focused runtime, noting that the series' signature alignment shifts and choice-driven paths naturally encourage multiple playthroughs. The game’s optional activities will include property ownership, local employment, and dynamic NPC interactions, extending gameplay well past the main story credits. Following previous delays, Fable is scheduled to launch on February 23, 2027, for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
