Nioh 3

Koei Techmo has announced the official PC system requirements for the upcoming samurai action RPG Nioh 3 and they’re actually pretty mild and relatively less demanding than what you may have expected. So if you’re looking forward to playing the game when it comes out next year, you’ll definitely need to check out Nioh 3’s system requirements which also suggest a high degree of optimization that’s perfect for any action game as you’ll need those super smooth FPS’ to keep up with all the fast paced action.

Also, as the Steam store page of Nioh 3 doesn’t list Denuvo it indicates that the game won’t use it when it releases in 2026 which is really appreciated, and in a recent interview, the devs have also outlined that the action title won’t have sudden difficulty spikes that can result in a more consistent gameplay experience overall.

Check out the system requirements below:

Minimum:

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Windows® 11
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-10400, AMD Ryzen 5 2600 6 cores / 12 threads or higher
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 VRAM 6GB, AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT (Rev. 2.0) VRAM 6GB
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 125 GB available space
  • Sound Card: 48000Hz 16bit Stereo
  • Additional Notes: Multi-channel memory configuration recommended. SSD is required. Gameplay performance may be affected if the SSD’s performance is insufficient. Playable at 1080p / 30fps using the ‘Lightest’ graphics preset (with upscaling). Frame generation is supported. Note: Complies with Windows® 11 system requirements.

Playground Games Confirms 15-to-20 Hour Campaign for Fable Reboot Playground Games has confirmed that the upcoming Fable reboot will feature a mainline story lasting between 15 and 20 hours. Speaking during a group press session at Gamescom 2026, associate game director Will Kennedy outlined the scope of the project, stating that the central questline is paired with a similar 15-to-20-hour block of side quests and open-world exploration. Beyond authored content, the developers emphasized that the title’s simulation and life systems allow for indefinite play depending on player investment. Full coverage of the interview context can be found in Polygon’s developer Q&A. This targeted duration keeps the reboot in line with the structure of Lionhead Studios' original trilogy rather than the massive scale of modern role-playing games. The 2004 original averaged roughly 12.5 hours for its main path, while Fable II and Fable III clocked in at approximately 13 and 13.5 hours respectively. By keeping the core path concise, Playground Games appears focused on density and narrative pacing rather than padding out the experience with mandatory filler. Community reception to the announcement has leaned positive, particularly among veteran players who prefer tightly structured campaigns over 100-hour commitments. As discussed in a active Reddit community thread, many players welcomed the focused runtime, noting that the series' signature alignment shifts and choice-driven paths naturally encourage multiple playthroughs. The game’s optional activities will include property ownership, local employment, and dynamic NPC interactions, extending gameplay well past the main story credits. Following previous delays, Fable is scheduled to launch on February 23, 2027, for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
