Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition got announced and many fans are quite happy, mainly those who started playing Fallout with the 4th entry instead of having experienced how amazing the other games were. Despite their age, Fallout 1 and 2 are excellent Western RPG games that everyone should try out especially nowadays, as the events depicted in them feel like a message for what to prepare for in real life. There will be a ton of things in Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition, especially all the add-ons, all of that will be in the base game according to Bethesda, so let’s hold them accountable if they don’t deliver.
Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition is coming soon
November 10th of 2025 should be the date you mark in the calendar, as the game will be releasing right there for everyone to buy. A trailer has been shown by many sources and the work that has been done seems to be amazing. A remaster is all that a good game needs, rather than a full on remake, as remakes often fail to respect the spirit of the original and they replace it by something entirely new. When out of touch executives try to meddle with games and art, errors happen and they are often quite jealous of artists skills.
It seems that this isn’t the case for Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition as it retains the elements that were present in the original release 10 years ago, it is crazy to think of this because it feels as if the game released only yesterday. Gaming hasn’t changed that much from a technology standpoint after many years, and the improvements aren’t visible anymore, it seems that we are stagnating. Nothing goes on forever, and perhaps this is the time to accept that the gaming market must advance in other ways, such as experimenting with gameplay ideas rather than realistic graphics.
