Borderlands 4 Players Need to Hurry to Access New SHiFT Codes Before the Deadline of October 6

The timing is almost unbearable for Borderlands 4 players because the three new SHiFT codes that Gearbox Software dished out entitle redeemable status to three Golden Keys, but players have to hurry-gamble for expiring codes on Sunday, 6 October. Players desiring to have a well-stuffed in-game currency for the best loot have to make an immediate application using these codes in the SHiFT redemption system. These are the codes that shoot players up being powerful early-game or even endgame equipment, highly deprived by players to have as stated by Gearbox chief Randy Pitchford on the platform X.

These three codes currently use: T9XTB-93BC3-56T35-TBBJT-KF5TW, TZRBJ-3KTWT-KX3BC-TT3TB-B9ZSK, and 3HR33-KWBKT-KRJ3W-JBBTJ-FSTC3. In the game’s menu system or via the official Gearbox SHiFT website, link up the affiliated gaming account in order to redeem these codes. The Golden Keys are credited behind-the-scenes once engaged and can then utilize within any of the numerous Golden Chests throughout-hubs of-the Borderlands.

Golden Keys have always been in high demand in the Borderlands community due to the sheer quality of its weaponry and gears it provides. Items from Golden Chest are guaranteed to scale to the players’ current levels, facilitating immediate use for even progression into build. In addition, the chests have considerably higher odds of obtaining Legendary-tier items, thus serving as an essential avenue for players in a hurry to progress in the campaign or equip the character for the tough endgame content.

These codes will expire before too long; however, when Golden Keys are redeemed, keys do not expire. Therefore, players without immediate access to their consoles or PCs should still redeem the codes before the October 6 cutoff to guarantee the keys for subsequent use. Gearbox has shown a continuous commitment to keeping the Borderlands 4 launch window lively with SHiFT code drops because there is an endless possibility of meaning players can get free loot while balancing it with post-launch updates. Players like this will receive more codes in the weeks to come.

Playground Games Confirms 15-to-20 Hour Campaign for Fable Reboot Playground Games has confirmed that the upcoming Fable reboot will feature a mainline story lasting between 15 and 20 hours. Speaking during a group press session at Gamescom 2026, associate game director Will Kennedy outlined the scope of the project, stating that the central questline is paired with a similar 15-to-20-hour block of side quests and open-world exploration. Beyond authored content, the developers emphasized that the title’s simulation and life systems allow for indefinite play depending on player investment. Full coverage of the interview context can be found in Polygon’s developer Q&A. This targeted duration keeps the reboot in line with the structure of Lionhead Studios' original trilogy rather than the massive scale of modern role-playing games. The 2004 original averaged roughly 12.5 hours for its main path, while Fable II and Fable III clocked in at approximately 13 and 13.5 hours respectively. By keeping the core path concise, Playground Games appears focused on density and narrative pacing rather than padding out the experience with mandatory filler. Community reception to the announcement has leaned positive, particularly among veteran players who prefer tightly structured campaigns over 100-hour commitments. As discussed in a active Reddit community thread, many players welcomed the focused runtime, noting that the series' signature alignment shifts and choice-driven paths naturally encourage multiple playthroughs. The game’s optional activities will include property ownership, local employment, and dynamic NPC interactions, extending gameplay well past the main story credits. Following previous delays, Fable is scheduled to launch on February 23, 2027, for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
