2XKO

2XKO is packing some heat with the new Cinematic Trailer, the new fighting game based on the once popular PC MOBA League of Legends is shaping up to be quite the interesting experience. We can only hope that Riot Games does not decide to ruin this new opportunity at them forking up and making something good for once. Yes, their success is mainly thanks to games like League of Legends, but they could have done a better work in current days to keep the game alive and not dead. A fighting game like this needs a single player mode to match others in the genre, to ensure it has offline content.

2XKO is coming out tomorrow

The trailer shows a very intense battle with the most popular champions there is, Ahri and Ekko VS Yasuo and Warwick, all of this is animated in the style the game has and it truly rocks to see it in action. Lore is sprinkled through the entire duration of the video and it is a treat to watch for fans and new people alike, Riot has the chance to course correct from their current failures and make something meaningful with the League of Legends IP if they focus on doing so, they really can’t fail at a fighting game like 2XKO.

People have been wanting some sort of Marvel VS Capcom successor, and this might be the thing that changes the tide of battle and might make Riot Games into a respectable company. Nobody really wants to play MOBAS anymore because the time sink required to do good at them is enormous, not to mention that dealing with a team is quite cumbersome when you deal with an ELO Based system, which is meant to weight performance of a single person, not a group. Hopefully, 2XKO is a huge change that revitalizes League of Legends the same way Arcane was in the realms of animation.
