Borderlands 4

Borderlands 4 has been on the crosshair of many gamers who have noticed that the game has been running quite bad. System requirements were fake yet again and it has become an standard in this industry that keeps on tumbling and giving us terrible triple A experience that nobody asked for. Borderlands was only a good game when we speak about the sequel after all, the series had a rough start with the first entry, but after that one things exploded and then started declining again with the quality of Borderlands 3. Borderlands 4 opens up in a rough spot.

Borderlands 4 is a disaster of optimization

It is surprising that the game came out at the price it does, even more surprising that they thought people would actually drop their money into it. Yes, they probably have earned back what they spent making this piece of slop, but the series keeps declining in sales further and further, in the end there will be nothing more to do with Borderlands after Borderlands 4 as the entire IP will keep degrading with more low quality titles. Borderlands 2 still looks stunning even today, and yet, they seem to have the need to keep pushing for more of these games even if the series technically ended.

Borderlands 4 keeps the trend of terrible optimized games intact by just pushing for unnecessary textures and tons of audio that should be optional to download, this game is also huge. Developers aren’t given enough time to actually do anything about optimization, and 2K is known as a publishing company that will push you to release half made products disregarding quality. We need to hold these publishers accountable for their actions by not buying these games anymore, we should hit them right in the place where it hurts them, that being their pockets.
