New Virtua Fighter

New VIRTUA FIGHTER project got a very cool trailer showcasing the capabilities of this game, this time for real. PC gamers will have the opportunity to engage with this one when it comes out, because Sega knows very well that the PC market is a big opportunity for them to take a hold of the world of gaming. The crisp and clean visuals of this new VIRTUA FIGHTER entry really want me to get into it. Despite not being the best at fighting games, I really wanna try this one out when it comes out. We at Infinite Start will cover the details of the trailer.

New VIRTUA FIGHTER looks pristine

The first trailer they revealed was obviously motion captured, but it was still a pretty good showcase of what the engine could bring forward. It is normal for trailers like this to exist as they are mainly pitches done to investors so they can funnel money into the game. Despite that, this actual gameplay trailer really looks good and its not too far off from what we first got in the mock up. This new VIRTUA FIGHTER gamer is being handled by the same people behind Yakuza, and I have lots of faith put into it.

The visuals are very smooth, the movements are readable, and there really aren’t many effects going on which is amazing for those who are serious fighting game players and want to have visual clarity instead of things becoming a party of colors. The new VIRTUA FIGHTER game has the opportunity to dethrone Tekken as it was meant to be, and provided they do things correctly, it might end up becoming one of the best 3D fighters in the market. It would be very funny if it was the case because things would go full circle yet again.

Playground Games Confirms 15-to-20 Hour Campaign for Fable Reboot Playground Games has confirmed that the upcoming Fable reboot will feature a mainline story lasting between 15 and 20 hours. Speaking during a group press session at Gamescom 2026, associate game director Will Kennedy outlined the scope of the project, stating that the central questline is paired with a similar 15-to-20-hour block of side quests and open-world exploration. Beyond authored content, the developers emphasized that the title’s simulation and life systems allow for indefinite play depending on player investment. Full coverage of the interview context can be found in Polygon’s developer Q&A. This targeted duration keeps the reboot in line with the structure of Lionhead Studios' original trilogy rather than the massive scale of modern role-playing games. The 2004 original averaged roughly 12.5 hours for its main path, while Fable II and Fable III clocked in at approximately 13 and 13.5 hours respectively. By keeping the core path concise, Playground Games appears focused on density and narrative pacing rather than padding out the experience with mandatory filler. Community reception to the announcement has leaned positive, particularly among veteran players who prefer tightly structured campaigns over 100-hour commitments. As discussed in a active Reddit community thread, many players welcomed the focused runtime, noting that the series' signature alignment shifts and choice-driven paths naturally encourage multiple playthroughs. The game’s optional activities will include property ownership, local employment, and dynamic NPC interactions, extending gameplay well past the main story credits. Following previous delays, Fable is scheduled to launch on February 23, 2027, for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
