Humble Choice

Humble Choice is lining up some very interesting games for this month of July, one of them is the popular Daemon X Machina, which is honestly the main title you should aim for in the current bundle. PC gamers know about Humble, but if you are new to the scene, Humble used to be a wonderful provider of games, and you could usually get the best offers from them, sometimes getting triple A games as cheap as 1 dollar. With time, quality and offers has declined, but they sometimes put up a very good bundle. We at Infinite Start declare that this is the chance to snag a deal.

Humble Choice brings some nice choices

While this might not be as good as Armored Core, Daemon X Machina is still pretty decent in its own right. This new bundle by Humble includes it, and by just singing up and completing other steps, you can get this one and other games for a very neat price that you wouldn’t find anywhere else. Of course, one can directly support the developers be actually buying the game on Steam or donating to them. I feel like the people behind it have put lots of soul into making it, it does have an indie air to it, but its actually made by a company that has been with us for quite a while.

Marvelous has produced countless of titles, including popular ones from the Harvest Moon series, now called Story of Seasons to match the Japanese name, its nice to see a studio with bread and butters branch out into something completely new. A sequel is also being produced, but it does seem to bring some changes that people don’t really like, if you are interested, you can check out both titles on Steam and wishlist the sequel if you really liked the first game.

Playground Games Confirms 15-to-20 Hour Campaign for Fable Reboot Playground Games has confirmed that the upcoming Fable reboot will feature a mainline story lasting between 15 and 20 hours. Speaking during a group press session at Gamescom 2026, associate game director Will Kennedy outlined the scope of the project, stating that the central questline is paired with a similar 15-to-20-hour block of side quests and open-world exploration. Beyond authored content, the developers emphasized that the title’s simulation and life systems allow for indefinite play depending on player investment. Full coverage of the interview context can be found in Polygon’s developer Q&A. This targeted duration keeps the reboot in line with the structure of Lionhead Studios' original trilogy rather than the massive scale of modern role-playing games. The 2004 original averaged roughly 12.5 hours for its main path, while Fable II and Fable III clocked in at approximately 13 and 13.5 hours respectively. By keeping the core path concise, Playground Games appears focused on density and narrative pacing rather than padding out the experience with mandatory filler. Community reception to the announcement has leaned positive, particularly among veteran players who prefer tightly structured campaigns over 100-hour commitments. As discussed in a active Reddit community thread, many players welcomed the focused runtime, noting that the series' signature alignment shifts and choice-driven paths naturally encourage multiple playthroughs. The game’s optional activities will include property ownership, local employment, and dynamic NPC interactions, extending gameplay well past the main story credits. Following previous delays, Fable is scheduled to launch on February 23, 2027, for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
