Hollow Knight Silksong is about to get a demo very soon in Gamescom 2025. PC gamers keep winning, as one of the most awaited sequels ever is closer to our hands. We are literally getting Silksong before Grand Theft Auto 6, and honestly, this release is gonna be leagues better than Grand Theft Auto 6. Casuals might say all they want about this, but it is for a fact that the triple A industry is broken, indie games are the ones that will carry the future of this medium. Of course, this will be on the Xbox too, but PC is the main system here, as it has displaced the Xbox in sales and use. There’s no details about what will be included in the demo, an probably, its better to save them if there’s any, people should have the opportunity to go into this blind and not spoil themselves with unnecessary information. I wish I could forget the first time I played Hollow Knight, as it is truly a magical metroidvania experience.

It truly was the big reveal of 2025, many gamers were filled with hope to see one of the best indie games make a big comeback after the sea of slop has invaded our medium. When the industry is in a dire situation, Hollow Knight comes to save the day, just like that time when the original came out and everyone loved it. I miss those older indie days, maybe Hollow Knight Silksong can bring them back.
