Square Enix is excited to announce that the highly anticipated Dawntrail expansion for the critically acclaimed Final Fantasy XIV is now available for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation.
Dawntrail is the fifth expansion of the long-running Final Fantasy XIV MMO, which debuted nearly a decade ago. This new expansion invites players to embark on a completely new journey across a new continent, featuring a brand-new storyline. Following the conclusion of the decade-long saga with the release of the last patch a few months ago, players can now enjoy enhanced graphics, new jobs, new trials to do with friends, new dungeons, and much more.
Below are some of the new features for Final Fantasy XIV Dawntrail:
- Level cap raised to 100
- New zones to explore
- Two new jobs – Viper (melee DPS) and Pictomancer (Ranged DPS)
- New Continent: Tural
- New Race: Female Hrothgar
- New dungeons
- New Raids: The Arcadion (8-player), Echoes of Vana’diel (24-playuer), and Futures Rewritten (UItimate)
- New Features: Cosmic Exploration and and Adventuring Foray similar to Borza and Eureka
- New Limited Job: Beastmaster (coming in post-Dawntrail patch cycle).
