Bungie’s 30th Anniversary Pack has a lot to take in and plenty of exciting unlockables. However, some of the most basic items, such as the Streetwear ornaments are unlocked “instantly.” However, just because Bungie says that does not mean it’s actually true. Thankfully, the process to unlock the 30th Anniversary Pack DLC items in Destiny 2 is pretty easy.
How to Unlock the 30th Anniversary Pack DLC Items in Destiny 2
The moment you start Destiny you’ll find yourself in Eternity doing a run of Dares of Eternity. You can finish this, which I suggest you do, though if you prefer to collect these items and work on the Gjallarhorn, simply leave the event.
Visit Xur’s Treasure Hoard
Talking to Xur will show a number of unlockables, some previously revealed and others new, with the Resplendent Rewards Package being unlocked.
After accepting, make your way to the character screen and then head to inventory. You’ll see the package listed under wrapped items, which needs to be opened. You can then open the Streetwear bundle to unlock that ornament set.
The look won’t appeal to everyone but at least it’s unique.
Forerunner Glitch
While not the most useful glitch, if you accept the package from Xur and then redeem a treasure key, you should get two of the packages. This will give you at least six strange coins, meaning you’ll only need one to unlock the quest.
