How long does it take to beat Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy?

Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy is a strong release and fans are eager to see how Star-Lord’s adventure plays out. With Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy being an action-adventure game, there is no doubt many wondering how long that adventure is. Given players have finally experienced all it has to offer, we have the answer for you.

How long does it take to beat Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy?

For players who played Eidos Montreal’s Marvel’s Avengers a couple of years ago, the amount of time it takes to beat Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy is almost pretty much the same. The game consists of many chapters that take about 12-16 hours, depending of course on the difficulty and exploration. Expect each of the chapters to take about an hour to complete.

While the story can be quite charming, linear levels make things fairly straightforward. However, there are alternate ways to complete sections, along with a wide variety of costumes to find and unlock.

Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy is available now and after spending a plethora of hours with the game and finishing it, we find it a game worth playing. Check out our review for more. Stay tuned for more guides.
