The upcoming WWE 2K26 is shaping up to be the most ambitious title in the popular wrestling game franchise for a lot of reasons which also now includes a never-before-seen, bold advertising by none other than Paul Heyman explaining why players should engage in the new WWE title than other highly established franchises such as Call of Duty and Fortnite. According to Heyman, WWE 2K26 offers a 24-7, 365 engagement and interaction which could make it more suitable to succeed in the current marketplace of the industry than even powerhouse franchises like both Activision’s Call of Duty and Fortnite.
“I would like to steal people from other video game franchises. I’d like to entice people to not play Fortnite, but to play WWE 2K26. I would like to entice people not to play Call of Duty, but to play WWE 2K26.”
“It’s not just a matter of, ooh, what would happen if I put Lou Thesz and Bruno Sammartino and Brock Lesnar in a triple threat match together? It’s more of what can appeal to today’s gamer audience.”
