Indiana Jones and the Great Circle scores big at the Nordic Game Awards 2025 with Machine Games’ action adventure title being the only one to win two awards in the show, including the coveted Game of the Year and Best Audio awards.
Other winners in the Nordic Game Awards include indie horror title Mouthwashing, Simogo’s complex puzzle adventure Lorelei and the Laser Eyes and Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley.
The Nordic Game Awards is a ceremonial event that’s organized by the Nordic Game Institute in conjunction with the Nordic Game event organizers and Nordic Game Resources, celebrating outstanding achievements of videogame developers based in Finland, Iceland, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.

- Nordic Game of the Year: Indiana Jones and the Great Circle by MachineGames (Sweden)
- Nordic Game of the Year – Small Screen: The Holy Gosh Darn by Perfectly Paranormal (Norway)
- Best Art: Miniatures by Other Tales Interactive (Denmark)
- Best Game Design: Lorelei and the Laser Eyes by Simogo (Sweden)
- Best Technology: Satisfactory by Coffee Stain Studios (Sweden)
- Best Audio: Indiana Jones and the Great Circle by MachineGames (Sweden)
- Best Fun for Everyone: Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley by Hyper Games (Norway)
- Best Debut: Mouthwashing by Wrong Organ (Sweden)
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle was also one of the winners in the DICE Awards 2025 with the game picking up a total of three awards in the show including Outstanding Achievement in Character and Outstanding Achievement in Story.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is one of the most highly acclaimed titles from last year, reaching well over 4 million players so far along with multiple accolades including 3 from the DICE awards 2025. The action adventure title is developed by MachineGames and published by Bethesda Softworks. A story DLC titled The Order of Giants is also slated to be released later this year.
Plus, the game has also been Steam Deck verified which means players can now experience the Globe trotting adventure on the go.
