This is certainly a good news of fans of the anime as they’d be more than happy to see their favorite big monsters originating from the anime present in the Kaiju No. 8 crossover with Fortnite.
Speaking of big monsters, fans are probably already excited about the coming Godzilla crossover on January 17 that would bring the monster’s skins to the game through the Chapter 6 Season 1 Battle Pass. HYPEX came to this conclusion with the leaked images present in the X post that were supposedly a quick glance on a Kaiju No. 8 monster in Fortnite clothed with shiny blue light, alongside a melee weapon with a design similar to the theme of the monster.
The widely acclaimed Kaiju No. 8 features the story of Kafka Hibono, a young man who, due to unusual circumstances, finds himself ingesting a parasitic creature leading to his special ability to transform into a Kaiju. Destined to join a monster-eliminating organization, Kafka’s life becomes even more complicated. Overall, despite the season 2 being in orogress and slated for later in 2025, the title has already receuved favorable reviews from fans and has gained substantial popularity over time.
The Kaiju No. 8 crossover is clearly going to be an epic showdown in Fortnite as players get to explore their favorite monsters from the anime in the game while being able to claim familiar skins in the cause of the event.
