Devil May Cry HD Collection just got much better with an update that cuts the size of the file considerably, not to mention that it also optimizes the game further. This is great because it shows that Capcom cares about their old games and wants us to experience them the best way possible. Whatever compression method they applied, it really removed a ton of the bloat from this PC game. If you wanna get into the Devil May Cry series I personally feel like this collection is your best bet since it includes the best games… if you ignore Devil May Cry 2 that is.
Devil May Cry HD Collection gets better
Reducing storage space is a very important thing in today’s world where we really need to store tons of data, be it music, movies, games or whatever you want to store. While it is true that there’s many cloud services for data nowadays that help you handle that, you have to think that you aren’t storing stuff in your PC but the PC of some company. This is not a good thing because it means that you don’t really own the game or file. So the best thing one can do is take the older route, keep things with themselves.
Devil May Cry HD Collection is a great way to experience some classics that shaped the PS2 library, and again, if you ignore Devil May Cry 2 you are getting the best pack you could ever get. Honestly I think that Devil May Cry 4 should have been included in Devil May Cry HD Collection, but Capcom really wants us to buy it and Devil May Cry 5 separately. Devil May Cry 5, I can understand why it is sold separately, but Devil May Cry 4 could have been a great addition.
