Guild Wars 3 is going to be quite the different experience for fans of the series. This might make PC players quite worried about the future of Guild Wars, however, the developers assure us that all of the entries will remain an option if you somehow don’t like Guild Wars 3. This is great, as people who like things to be a certain way prefer to just stick to the basics and don’t move from them, which is a valid choice. Guild Wars is huge, and being an MMORPG means that you are the one who makes the experience, along the other players being in the server too.
Guild Wars 3 will be new
This is cool for people who will jump into the world of Guild Wars 3 starting with this entry, and while it might not be cool for veterans of the series, nothing stops you from playing the original games that are still maintained. As a matter of fact Guild Wars 2 is still getting updates and there is still a future for the game itself. It is crazy that they are still updating a decades old game, and as a matter of fact they recently released a revision of the first one.
Guild Wars 3 looks new and fresh, and the graphics so far look like a new generation, I wonder if my rig will be able to run it properly considering the quality it shows. As for now, we only know that a beta test will be happening at the beginning of the next year, so mark your calendars for that event if you are interested. If you are a player who has been into this franchise for a long time, I have a feeling Guild Wars 3 will blow you away if you can commit to it.
