In Youtuber TGG’s latest video, he unveils tons of exclusive and exciting new info on the biggest game of all time, Rockstar’s upcoming GTA 6, which include that both protagonists in the game, Jason and Lucia will have their own distinct fighting styles suited for different playstyles. Till now, we’ve known that both of them feature vastly different personalities as well as character traits and criminal profiles, and whereas Jason is more brooding and reserved, Lucia is more expressive and ambitious. And now we know that both of them will also bring a radically different style of melee combat to their gameplay as well.
According to the Youtuber, Jason’s fighting style is more of a traditional brawler, packing heavy hits and powerful punches but Lucia’s style of melee combat leans more into kickboxing and mixed martial arts. This will provide a refreshing amount of variation when playing as both characters in GTA 6, indicating that the melee combat will never get stale or feel repetitive.
Also, you’ll be able to give specific “contextual instructions” to your partners in-crime which means when playing as Jason, you can influence Lucia’s behavior in different ways, such as telling her to hurry up which would cause her to move faster or more aggressively during many situations. This element of interaction adds further depth onto the open world gameplay, making in-game activities more free-form and re-playable.

In other news of the game, It’s been revealed that the full map of Vice city in GTA 6 is twice the size of the enormous Lost Santos from GTA 5, which is absolutely colossal and could easily take years to explore to it’s fullest. Plus, the main narrative can take around 80 hours to complete which means we’re in for a sumptuous experience with the upcoming open world title, just like it’s predecessors.
GTA 6 is currently slated to launch for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 19, 2026.
