Phantom Blade Zero does not care about the fact that Grand Theft Auto 6 is coming, asserting dominance because it will be releasing in PC. Grand Theft Auto 6 in comparison, won’t be dropping on PC and it will retain console exclusivity for a while, which is a huge gamble on skipping a huge potential market. In the coming months, we will see how things shape up and what can end up defining the future of gaming as we speak. There’s a ton of hype surrounding Grand Theft Auto 6, but there’s also some cult following behind Phantom Blade Zero, let the clash be legendary.
Phantom Blade Zero is bold
More like the developers are, but the game does seem very committed to being a cool action oriented journey with tons of hard battles. I don’t think I’ve seen any game with a character that moves the way it does in real gameplay, but maybe they just took the best shots of the gameplay and it just happens to be yet another generic action game with RPG elements and even Souls-like elements sprinkled on top. I don’t wanna dismiss the creative effort of people but, I feel like the market is getting saturated with these.
Phantom Blade Zero might end up being a smash hit considering that Grand Theft Auto 6 won’t be dropping on PC on release date, so this game has chances of capitalizing on the market. However, the drop of a PC version of Grand Theft Auto 6 is inevitable cause Rockstar isn’t allergic to money and knows where the main player base is. If anything I feel like Rockstar is farming some big money from console developers to try and make things a bit more interesting, also lending them a hand in the process. Regardless, it would be wise to wishlist Phantom Blade Zero.
