Eets is free to keep before the offer runs out very soon, this is a very old game from 2006 from the hands of Klei Entertainment. This is very much the same people who gave us games like the Don’t Starve franchise, it is crazy to see how far they have went with the things they do considering how Eets is pretty much a mix of Lemmings and with The Incredible Machine. Everyone starts somewhere, and most likely they won’t strike gold on the first try, that’s why developers make many games in the first place, although some of us are in for the fun of doing it.
Eets free!
Leaving the totally clever pun behind, This is a good game, especially if you are doing some deep diving into learning what was up in the early 2000s PC gaming scene. Considering how things are going nowadays, keeping things simple by playing old games is a very good strategy that allows you to expand your backlog even further. If you go even deeper, perhaps you might realize that maybe there’s no need to keep being connected to the new stuff. It is nice to do some modern detox by playing awesome classics.
Eets is a very peculiar puzzle, and it does feel like something people who like Bloons would play, it does have that Flash game feeling to it and that era was filled with tons of creativity and new concepts. Unfortunately Flash is dead, but there is a ton of archival projects surrounding it so maybe you can find your favorite Flash game from your childhood that way. I feel like there is a ton of old games to discover, and a bunch of other things to enjoy rather than always being stuck to the new, after all, this one Eets free.
