Treetopians looks very cozy, and I believe there’s tons of charm in this PC game too. Games like Tomodachi Life are taking over currently, however people who are on PC can’t really play them unless they own a Switch, or unless they get it via other means too. Treetopians might end up fixing this by providing a city builder with some similar mechanics, where the core gameplay is making villagers interact with each other and have funny social exchanges. However, there’s also a clear focus on building, rather than solely inspecting the day to day life of villagers.
Treetopians demo is coming soon
For those who are seeking for a cozy game I’m very sure that this will end up scratching the itch for one, there’s tons of games out there and House Flipper was also free for a limited period of time. People still wish to play new things, so its nice that more indie developers are popping up to fill up niches, a very important thing to note is that the whole tree where you make the village will be procedurally generated, which means that there will be different challenges to face each time. Sometimes coziness needs to be met with challenge to truly bring a good balance.
Treetopians is probably releasing in 2026, but for now the demo is coming quite soon, I always recommend to check out demos first before even considering to make a purchase. It is very important to take advantage of this important feature in gaming that at some point the industry wanted to remove, so that way you can make an informed choice since money can be rather tight currently. If you are interested in this cozy city builder game, I’m very sure that the people at Aparato Games would be happy that you wishlist it.
