Cybro is clearly the first shot of someone at making an indie project for PC, and we need to support this. The efforts of new indie developers are pretty much what’s keeping the industry at float as of now, since all the triple A companies are just making huge blunders when it comes to prices and respecting their fans. Times might be grim, but we can rely on courageous indie developers who keep trying, no matter the conditions of the industry. In Cybro, we play as a hacker that has been entangled in a conspiracy, so we must unravel the truth behind it.
Cybro is coming soon
While the game looks simple, it has those vibes of an old game which makes it rather nostalgic, the minimalist approach of graphics seems well made from the few things I can grasp in the demo, and I’m left with more questions than answers, obviously the final release will hold the keys to uncovering what’s up with the conspiracy, and it did leave me wanting a bit more of it. Clearly this is a game made by someone who is new to the whole deal of game making, but not many publish their projects so we have to congratulate the people behind it for their bravery.
Some don’t do it because they believe they won’t succeed, that they have to do everything perfect or else nobody will notice them, this is untrue because indie developers are required right now. While it is true that there is a huge volume of games that come out each day, there’s thousands of gems that get lost in the sea of releases that really deserve our attention. While Cybro might not be said gem due to the fact it hasn’t come out yet I feel like there is potential, maybe the plot can surprise us.
