WB Games is cooking yet another disaster that can be noticed from afar. I don’t know what bug bit them, but repetition of things that don’t work is often associated with madness. People wonder how many billions will they keep wasting in useless games that nobody wants to play, and it seems that they will waste every single bit of cash until something lands. Live Service games are merely just another issue in the ongoing list of issues that the gaming industry has, and until we can’t stop this elephant in the room with Stop Killing Games, we won’t achieve anything. We at Infinite Start will cover this reveal.
WB Games surely loves failing
If they want a tip on making a good live service title, they should perhaps add some sort of hosting like older online games from the 90s, if players can actually build their own servers people might actually buy into your game. Until a live service title does not provide people with the ability to self host their own servers in an easy way like the older days, nobody will care. Minecraft is successful because people can host their own servers without much inconvenience, and even play older versions of the game.
There really is no data on what this game might be, but many are sure that this one will be a total flop. Perhaps we might even see a ripoff of Marvel Rivals going on and it would be very funny if that was the case. WB Games is lacking in ideas when it comes to Live Service titles, and they should honestly stick to single player titles if they wish to succeed in some capacity. But no, companies don’t want just a bit of money, they want all the money they can get their hands on, no matter how bad it burns consumers away.
