People wonder how many billions will they keep wasting in useless games that nobody wants to play, and it seems that they will waste every single bit of cash until something lands. If they want a tip on making a good live service title, they should perhaps add some sort of hosting like older online games from the 90s, if players can actually build their own servers people might actually buy into your game. Until a live service title does not provide people with the ability to self host their own servers in an easy way like the older days, nobody will care. Minecraft is successful because people can host their own servers without much inconvenience, and even play older versions of the game.
There really is no data on what this game might be, but many are sure that this one will be a total flop. Perhaps we might even see a ripoff of Marvel Rivals going on and it would be very funny if that was the case. WB Games is lacking in ideas when it comes to Live Service titles, and they should honestly stick to single player titles if they wish to succeed in some capacity.
