The Sims re-release is a disaster, providing less content

Seems like The Sims re-release is actually even worse than what it was said to be, making fans discontent with such flop. The Sims Legacy Collection seems to provide even less content than the one in the original. EA games is obviously the one behind such flop, forcing to rush the development the port has caused terrible things to happen. The Sims is a beloved franchise by many, and fans won’t stand sitting there. We at Infinite Start will cover what’s missing and the issues it has.

Bugs and cut content

In the past, The Sims did collaborations with various other franchises and even brands. It safe to say that many of that content seems to have been removed from these re-releases. It is obvious that many of these things have to go away since they are tied to copyright. However, EA games could have done what they could to try and keep those licenses, but if it costs money, EA will just cut corners to ensure it can release a Minimum Viable Product. It does not matter if the release does not work in newer OSes, EA just wants you to drop your money in it.

This kind of abusive anti consumer practices have to be stopped, and to do this, gamers need to rise up against it. Consumers have the power to decide to buy things or not, and until things aren’t fixed in this collection, then people should stick to play the originals. And in case they wish to get these versions, they can get them through many means other than buying.

Paying EA games now enables them to keep doing these kinds of slop jobs, causing the quality of the industry to worsen. Gamers and consumers alike deserve quality and originality, not to mention that the games need to work out of the box without having any issues with them. This is imperative to keep them happy and with trust in the projects you do.
