Final Fantasy XIV is an online MMORPG debuted for PC and PS3 over a decade ago. It is a standalone game that doesn’t require any previous experience with the franchise, making it the perfect entry point. MMORPG fans can expect a world filled with bustling cities, towering forests, and deadly deserts, with a constantly updated and ever-engaging world that takes players to the far reaches of the land—and beyond—with a captivating and ongoing story.
With the free trial now available for new Xbox players, players can experience the entirety of A Realm Reborn and the award-winning Heavensward and Stormblood expansions up to level 70 without playtime restrictions. Players can expect over 100+ hours worth of content in just these two expansions alone.
Final Fantasy XIV is currently available for PC and PS5. With the upcoming release of Dawntrail worldwide this summer now is the best time to catch up on all the expansions and prepare for Dawntrail’s launch later this year.
