Like a number of other fights, Hong Jing has no way to deal with an aggressive fighting style. Doing this will prevent her from using any magic, forcing her to take hits, block, or use a critical blow.
One element that makes her unique is her critical hits happen in succession. Basically, she hits, you deflect, she goes against, you deflect, and she should be stunned. However, even if you miss a couple, she should lose with relative ease.
