With PlayStation Plus set to change next month, Sony detailed the expanded games deluxe and premium tiers can expect, along with some other benefits.
Before touching on the large number of games player can expect to experience, I want to highlight an interesting reveal that can easily get lost in the sea of information.
Also, players who have previously purchased the digital version of games from the original PlayStation and PSP generation will not have to make a separate purchase or sign up to PlayStation Plus to play these titles on PS4 or PS5. When these titles are released for PS4 and PS5, players can head to PlayStation Store and download a version for the consoles at no extra cost if they already own the digital version of the title. Some of the titles will also be available for individual purchase.

So if you previously purchased a classic or, I’m assuming, obtained one through PlayStation Plus, you’re covered regardless of which membership tier you subscribe to. This is a welcome addition and will likely make a lot of players happy regardless of what they do.
